The fountain was created by the sculptor from Schonach Klaus Ringwald (1939 - 2011) in the years 1994 to 1998. The artist’s works include many sculptures in churches and public places. The bronze fountain column was cast in 1997 in the art foundry Hans Mayr in Munich.
